Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached. We'll ask that you cover return shipping to us and that it arrives back in sellable condition. We'll then provide an exchange, credit, or refund—your choice. 

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them:

  • Items cannot appear worn, washed or used
  • Original tags must be attached to the item
  • Item cannot be altered in any way
  • Item cannot be stained (dirt, makeup, food, any kind of stains, etc).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

  • Obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

Return for Exchange: 

Reminder : Shipping clothing Returns/Exchanges across the country is bad for the environment and hurts all parties involved.

We will gladly pay for your returns if you are to exchange your items with condition if the items you receive are:

1. Defective or Damage

2. Bad fits/sizing

Simply e-mail us at hello@prettify.com.au with your exchange request. In case item(s) you wish to exchange is out of stocks, we will refund you as store credit or refund, your choice.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Product Damage

Any product that is damaged upon delivery must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

No refund / credits for:
  • Discounted items (Sales, Discount Codes, or Promotions are all final sale)
  • Lost / Stolen mail; all items come with proof of purchase and tracking information
Gifts (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Gift Cards are non-returnable.

International Returns: 
For our international customers (outside Australia), The customer is responsible for returns either for an exchange or a refund.

Cost of shipping and taxes is extremely high for international addresses, so please pick your size carefully.
